RDI Management

RDI Management

Ferrovial has an RDI Management System designed to the UNE 166002:2006 standard that covers the marketplace's competitive demands and innovations, technological changes, proposals and production line demands, customer needs, supplier demands and legal and regulatory requirements.

The RDI Management System operations, process model, organisational structure and requirements are described in the RDI Management System Handbook, which was written according to the 10013 ISO/TR standard for Quality Management System Documentation.

The system determines the employee responsible for attaining each objective, the time periods for achieving it and the most suitable measurement parameters. Follow-ups to objectives are conducted on a quarterly basis by the RDI Committee, which reports to Management on the degree of compliance each year.

Ferroser, Grupisa and Eurolimp's RDI Management Systems are compliant with the UNE 166002 standard and certified by AENOR, Spain's national standards body. Cadagua aims to achieve RDI management certification according to the UNE 166002 standard in 2008.
