Trade union freedom

Ferrovial respects its employees' trade union freedom in accordance with the legal requirements in each country, as well as the right to collective bargaining by staff representatives and trade unions.

73.6% of employees at Group level adhere to collective agreements.

All of this is structured within a communication policy that respects the right to confidentiality of information.

Amongst the obligations resulting from the legislation in force, the organisational changes that are produced comply with established legislation in regard to terms and procedure. Additionally, these organisational changes are analysed case by case in order to easily avoid or mitigate any potential disadvantages suffered on the part of the employees.
